Enquiries sent from this website
The “Tell us what's happening” form doesn't send your details to a server or store them in an enquiry database. When you tap Open WhatsApp, your message opens in WhatsApp so you can check it before sending it to us.
While you fill it in, your answers are kept only in this browser tab so they aren't lost if you switch apps. The enquiry draft is cleared when you open its WhatsApp message. Your selected vehicle stays available across pages until you close the tab. Photos and videos are kept only as local previews; reloading the page clears them. They aren't uploaded by this site.
What we do with your enquiry
We use the contact details, vehicle details, visit request and any photos you send to reply to your enquiry and, if you bring your vehicle in, to prepare for the work. We don't sell your details, and we won't use them for marketing without your permission.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp are also covered by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn't currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we'll update this notice.
Google Maps reviews
When available, public ratings and reviews are retrieved from Google Maps. Reviewer names, photographs and profile links are provided by Google. Loading a reviewer photograph connects your browser to Google; following a Maps link opens Google Maps.
Use of these Google Maps features is subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're allowed to. You can call us. You can also send us a WhatsApp.
